Move over planking and owling, the latest photo snapping craze involves good old fashion beheading. Believed to have evolved during the 1920s, Horsemaning has taken its name from the term Headless Horseman and is performed by hiding the head of a person as best as possible. Toothpicking Is New Planking

The phenomenon of planking involves the practice of imitating a wooden plank in various places, both public and private. This has lead to owling which encourages squatting on top of various objects whilst staring owl-like into the distance. The newest craze, spawn from its predecessors is toothpicking, which involves standing on your head. The most important aspect to remember is the more bizarre the place the better the planking, owling or toothpicking.

Owling Is the New Planking

If you’re still “planking” you’re behind the times, a group of individuals have decided to move on from that practice and they are now practice “owling.”

As you may recall planking is the art of laying face down from objects without using your hands and then showing off your skills to the internet, the more dangerous the planking stunt, the better your reputation among other plankers.

Owling on the other hand is the art of crouching like an owl from various objects, once again the harder the owling the better your reputation will be among other owlers.
